5What forms of payment are accepted?
The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is required to complete your registration.
6Any group discount?
Yes! Definitely! Bring as many colleagues as you’d like!
Register FOUR or more people from simultaneously to receive RM200 discount off the prevailing registration price for each member of your group.
There are just a couple simple Group Registration rules:
1. All registrants must be employed by the same company or association
2. All members of the group must be registered at the same time. Discounts will not be applied retroactively.
3. You must pre-register to take advantage of these rates, which will not be offered on site.
4. Group Registration Rates cannot be combined with any other offers.

7Where can I find my receipt?
Upon full payment, a receipt will be attached to your confirmation email. To find the email in your inbox, search JJ Delgado Master Class 2017 – Confirmation of Registration.
8Can I transfer my pass if I can't attend on that day?
Yes. All registrations are transferrable on or before 15th July 2017. Transfer requests must be made by e-mail to the [email protected]. The new Registrant will be required to complete a new registration form.
9What is the suggested dress code at JJ Delgado Master Class 2017?
There is no specific dress code but business casual is recommended.
10What is the refund policy?
You may cancel your participation in JJ Delgado Master Class 2017 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy listed below.
Registration cancellations received 90 days prior to the Master Class incur a 25% processing/administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after event. If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department by 90 days prior to the Master Class. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Master Class are non-refundable. Substitutions allowed prior to 30 days prior to the Conference with written or authorization only. No substitutions less than 30 days prior to the Conference. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Conference are non-refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use JJ Delgado Master Class credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and duplicate purchase. JJ Delgado Master Class will not issue refunds for badges that have been revoked.
Unused registrations/applications have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events. JJ Delgado Master Class will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration process. Discounted prices are based on the date payment is received in the JJ Delgado Master Class. Reselling JJ Delgado Master Class registrations is not permitted.

11I am not Malaysian, am I eligible to register?
Yes, international attendees are welcome to our Master Class in Malaysia.
12Can I record what is presented by JJ Delgado?
Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission for personal use only. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission.
Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of sessions. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of one minute or less should be used. Contact us if you need longer clips because we will have video recording on that day.
